We leverage our own warehouses in both the United States and Canada to ensure a reliable and convenient shopping experience.

1. Shipping Rates and Service Areas

Free Doorstep Delivery We offer free shipping on the majority of orders to major cities across the contiguous United States. Your order will be delivered directly to your door.

Service Areas and Limitations Most major cities enjoy free delivery. If your zip code falls outside our standard free delivery range, additional shipping fees may apply at checkout. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Delivery Timelines for In-Stock Items

Our in-stock products are dispatched from our strategic U.S. hubs located in Ontario (CA), Michigan, Charleston (SC), and Houston (TX).

Order Processing: In-stock items are processed and ready for carrier pickup within 24 hours on business days.

Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 business days depending on the distance from the nearest warehouse.

Estimated Arrival: Most customers can expect their in-stock orders to arrive within approximately 6 business days.

3. Delivery Timelines for Custom and Made-to-Order Products

We specialize in tailoring furniture to your specific commercial environment, with designs revolving around unique Scenario Collections.

Handling and Production: Due to the personalized nature of these items, the dedicated production and handling period is 30 business days.

Specialized Transit: Given the scale and specialized handling required for custom B2B projects, shipping takes an additional 30 business days.

Total Project Lead Time: The total estimated delivery window from order confirmation to arrival is approximately 60 business days.

4. Shipping Methods and Tracking

Carrier Partners Most items are delivered via UPS, FedEx, or LTL (Less Than Truckload) for oversized furniture.

Real-Time Tracking Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

LTL Delivery For large-scale project orders (LTL), the carrier may contact you via phone to schedule a specific delivery window.

5. Receipt of Goods and Local Pickup

Inspection Upon Delivery Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. As assembly and indoor placement are not included, ensure you check the exterior packaging for any signs of transit damage before the driver leaves.

Local Pickup You can choose to pick up your order at our Rancho Cucamonga showroom. You will receive an SMS notification when it's ready. Please pick up within 14 days with a valid ID, original receipt, and the credit card used for the purchase.
